Dragos was a consultant at Strategy& London for 6 years. Focusing on life sciences, he advised large PharmaCos, BioTech companies, and healthcare providers from Europe, Middle East, and the US.
He got his MBA from INSEAD in 2022 and founded Good Tôm in 2023, driven by the goal of making protein production more sustainable.

Thanh was a product manager at a FoodTech start-up in Singapore and the founder of Nourii, a marketing agency focused on sustainable food.
He has expertise in food systems and nutrition science, and holds MScs in Bioeconomy from University of Edinburgh and in Applied Gerontology from NTU (Singapore).
Son Truong
Technical lead
Son has held technical positions in large aquaculture companies like Bayer and Elanco. Son has extensive experience managing shrimp farms and hatcheries in the Mekong Delta.
He has an engineering degree in Aquaculture from Can Tho University.
